Good Neighbors in the 'Hood: Viceroy Palm Springs has been awarded the Golden Palm Award for "Tourism Partner of the Year" from the Palm Springs Tourism Board, recognized for helping to showcase the city to guests and travel writers.

Ice Haus: A new open-air, outdoor treatment room (for one or two people) set up for a "do it yourself" one-hour treatment. Start with a detoxifying full-body clay mask (painted on by yourself or your partner), take 20 minutes to recline on your private chaise lounge to set the mask, then follow with a full-body ice exfoliation (once again done by your partner or yourself). Shower off with our seaweed scrub bar, spritz your on-fire skin with our spearmint misters, then finally sooth and cool with Estrella's house-made all-over body lotion. 60-minute treatment: Single - $85; Double - $125.

Massage Under the Stars: Enjoy a decadent after-hours massage al fresco under a desert moon and brilliant summer stars: a full-body Swedish massage with choice of aromatherapy oils, finished off with a full-body spearmint spritz and cooling housemade, iced herbal tea. This singles or couples massage is offered from 8pm-10pm Fridays and Saturdays or by request midweek. 60-minute treatment: Single - $150; Double - $275. 90-minute treatment: Single - $200; Double - $375.

Good Libations: Thanks to sister-property The Tides Hotel in Miami, the Popsicle Tini is now on the West Coast: Our new Watermelon Martini served with a Grapefruit, Orange & Mint Popsicle. And move over Cosmopolitan, this season's "it" drink is the Mojito, in Watermelon, Raspberry, Grapefruit (from our very own trees), Peach and Citron.

Cool Plunge: Jump start your circulation with a flash dip in our icy plunge pool. Throughout the summer the heat has been turned off our Jacuzzi and the ice poured in to create our Citron Cool Plunge, offering a stimulating 70-degree charge. Its balancing chill will make the desert's sweet heat feel divine.

Townie Bicycles: These cruiser bicycles feature an innovative design that actually allow the rider to stand with their feet flat on the ground when stopped. For guests at Viceroy Palm Springs, each bike comes complete with helmet, lock and bottle of water.

Chocolate Sun Spray Tanning: Feeling pasty and white? Well, Estrella Spa is now offering a head-to-toe spray tan with organic Chocolate Sun products.

Gentlemen's Scrub: This body scrub for men features Estrella Spa's very own recipes. Choose from the following luxurious combinations: coconut and tobacco, lemon and coffee, grapefruit, or French sea salt and bergamot.

The White Room: A quiet, cool and distinctively designed villa dedicated to lounging after spa treatments, sipping cocktails before dinner or reposing after-hours with a choice collection of film-noir. Located in villa 113 behind the Citron patio, the villa doubles as a Spa Villa during the daytime on weekends, and as a cocktail lounge and meeting space in the evenings and on weekdays.

Gourmet poolside B-B-Q: Every weekend guests can indulge all-day in a selection of lobster, shrimp, filet mignon and our chef's other grilled delectables. Available in the summer only.

Citron Sunday Brunch: Guests seeking a lighter alternative to the gourmet barbeque can indulge in the Citron Sunday Brunch which features iced-buckets of prawns and claws, eggs royal and ever-flowing Bloody Mary's and Mimosas.
